The Haven

This complex is well kept and the staff is always welcoming and friendly, they care about the residents. I was referred by a friend and I have enjoyed the stay. My neighbors are friendly and it also a family friendly neighborhood.

My experience at this community has been very positive. The maintenance team is prompt, professional, and does quality work they completed my recent work order efficiently and with great attention to detail. The staff is responsive and communicates well, which makes a big difference. The property is well-kept, and overall it feels like a comfortable place to live. I would definitely recommend this community to others looking for a reliable and well-managed apartment home.

Overall quiet community, office team is really nice. Maintenance is fairly quick to resolve issues. We definitely don't have the water problems other complexes have. Love the lake view, I see hawks, ducks, turtles and a crane often.

Staff is very courteous and helpful. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and they showed so much patience with me during the application process. Always quick to respond to questions and maintenance requests. Even went as far as to send me a very nice email when I reached out about having my pet fee removed when my dog passed away.
